Tales from the Riverbank
There's more to a riverbank ramble than passing cyclists and dog walkers, as Neil Pringle discovered on a stroll down the Adur. First he heard from Peter King, of the Ouse and Adur Rivers Trust, about the wildlife that calls the mudflats home. Then Paul Brewer, the Councils' Director for Digital, Sustainability and Resources, explains how buying then restoring an area of estuary into salt marshes will help support biodiversity, capture carbon and combat climate change.
